Villani Landshapers Named a 2018 Top Workplace by Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

Villani Landshapers is honored to be named a Top Workplace for 2018 by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. This is the 9th year that the Journal Sentinel has presented this award to organizations in the Milwaukee area. Villani Landshapers was one of 70 small businesses (under 150 employees) to be recognized with the Top Workplace award.After being nominated as a Top Workplace, employees at Villani Landshapers participated in an employee satisfaction survey administered by the Journal Sentinel and an outside workplace consulting company. The survey measured four themes of workplace engagement: Alignment, Effectiveness, Connection, and Management/Coaching. Landshapers employees identified Connection as the company's top-performing theme.Being named a Top Workplace is a great honor for Villani Landshapers and wouldn't have been possible without the support and engagement of the entire employee team.
